The Five Senses Pavilion of Expo Belgrade at the China International Import Expo

The Republic of Serbia has participated in the sixth China International Import Expo (CIIE), held from November 5 to 10 in Shanghai, with a pavilion inspired by Expo 2027 Belgrade.

Serbia’s pavilion, featuring a modern design and interactive elements, invites visitors on a “Five Senses Journey”—allowing them to experience the country’s culture and spirit through sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell.

Traditional and contemporary music, along with dedicated tasting areas for Serbian beverages and authentic flavors, have created a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for attendees. This pavilion showcases a fresh image of Serbia as a country rich in investment opportunities in agriculture, food industries, trade, and innovation.

Belgrade will host the first specialized World Expo in Western Balkans in 2027. Serbia’s presence at the Shanghai Expo serves as a prelude to introducing this major international event and inviting the global community to visit a nation that, with a forward-looking vision and commitment to global cooperation, is preparing to host the world’s largest global gathering in 2027.
