The 8th meeting of the Belgrade Expo Executive Committee focused on reviewing progress in planning, budgeting, and sponsorship. Emphasis was placed on engaging civil society organizations in sports and culture, and creating platforms to collect innovative ideas from youth—especially given the Expo’s theme, “Play for Humanity,” and its sub-themes of “Sport and Music for All.”
The committee also reviewed efforts to promote the Belgrade Expo through the recent Sports Exhibition and stressed the need to develop thematic content, implement side programs with sports federations and the Ministry of Sports’ Youth Affairs Deputy, and collaborate with cultural, artistic, and sports NGOs. Additionally, it highlighted the optimal use of public exhibition spaces and high-traffic venues by installing permanent visual elements and symbols of the Belgrade Expo at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground and other key locations.
