 
        Iran's Commissioner General for Expo 2027 Belgrade has been appointed.
By decree of Mohammad-Reza Aref, First Vice President of Iran, Sadeq Beikzadeh, CEO of the Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Company, has been appointed as the "Commissioner General" of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Expo 2027 Belgrade.
This appointment, issued upon the recommendation of Seyed Mohammad Atabak, Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, aims to organize the Islamic Republic of Iran's pavilion at this global event. The decree emphasizes the necessity of leveraging national capacities to ensure Iran’s dignified and impactful presence at the exhibition.
The Specialized International Expo 2027 Belgrade, themed "Play for Humanity: Sports and Music for All," will be held in the capital of Serbia from May 15 to August 15, 2027 (25 Ordibehesht to 24 Mordad 1406 in the Iranian calendar). To date, 112 countries and international organizations, including the Islamic Republic of Iran, have officially confirmed their participation in the event.
