Belgrade in Tehran: Remarkable Reception for the Expo Belgrade Pavilion at the 24th Tehran Sports and Sports Equipment Exhibition

The Expo Belgrade booth, initiated by the Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Company with the aim of raising public awareness about the Expo and paving the way for active participation by the country’s scientific, economic, and cultural sectors, has received enthusiastic interest from Expo specialists and enthusiasts since its opening day.

Creating a platform for interaction and synergy to better design and implement Iran’s presence at international expos, as well as strengthening collaboration between governmental and private institutions in this domain, are among the key objectives behind establishing the Expo Belgrade booth at the Sports Exhibition.

At this booth, comprehensive information is provided regarding the concept of World Expos, Iran’s historical participation in past editions, and the thematic focuses of upcoming expos. Additionally, an interactive space has been created to facilitate dialogue and exchange of ideas among experts and stakeholders from the fields of sports, economics, culture, and academia.

Another primary goal of setting up the Expo Belgrade booth at the Sports Exhibition is to host specialized sessions introducing the Expo and its related programs, clarifying Iran’s intended participation in this global event, and identifying national capacities to encourage broad-based collaboration in developing the content and concept of Iran’s pavilion at Expo Belgrade 2027.
